GUIDELINES / INSTRUCTIONS TO THE PARENTS FOR FEES REMITTANCE

• Kindly make the entries correctly (Name, Class, Admission No., Telephone/Mobile Etc.)
• Fees will be accepted in the Bank only between 01st and 12th of every month and there after no payment will be received by the Bank during current month.
• Late fee of `₹. 50/- (Per Month) will be levied if failed to pay on time.
• In case the 12th day of the month happens to be a holiday, the fees should be remitted on the previous working day.
• Fees of February & March to be paid on or before 12th February of every year.
• Tuition & Other Fees of April & May to be paid 1st April to 12th April i.e. before 12th April during the academic session.
• Other Fees must be paid along with the tuition fee of April & May.
• Fees once remitted will not be refundable.
• Fees receipt book to be submitted once in 3 months to class teacher or on demand.
• Parents are requested to deposit the fees only by using the new Fees Receipt Book meant for the current academic session.
• IX and X Class IT fee of ₹. 1000/- to be paid along with other fee in the month of April.
• Bus fee to be remitted once in every 3 months from 1st – 12th, in bank by using Bus Fee Receipt Book.
• Late fee of ₹ 50/- month will be levied if failed to pay on time, also for Bus fee
• Fees has to be remitted for the students of Mohanpura in the A & N Co-operative Bank Ltd., Main Branch Port Blair in Account No. 002015002000056.
• Fee for the student of Bathubasti in the A & N Co-operative Bank Ltd., Bathubasti in Account No. 000935001000184.
• Students of Bathubasti can pay in A & N Co-operative Bank Ltd., Main Branch P.O Account No. 002035001000822.
• Fee for the student of Hutbay in the A & N Co-operative Bank Ltd., Little Andaman in Account No. 001135002100007.
• Bus Fees to be remitted in Bathubasti A & N Co-operative Bank Ltd. In Account No. 002034004000056.
