Withdrawal Rules
  • Before withdrawing a student from the school, a written application must be made by the parent or guardian for the Transfer Certificate of the pupil, at least two week earlier.
  • Fees are due as long as a pupil’s name is on role.
  • No leaving certificate is issued until all dues to the school have been paid in full.
  • A fee of Rs. 50/- will be charged for the Transfer Certificate and 50/- for Duration Certificate.

About Us

St. Mary’s Charitable and Educational Society was formed and registered in the year 2003 under the Society’s Act 1860 with a view to provide quality education and encourage the students to develop skills and attitude that can equip them to face the competitive world with confidence. The Nursery School started in 1996 in the name of St. Mary which is now functioning in three places as one School - St. Mary’s School Mohanpura, St. Mary’s Senior Secondary School Bathubasthi and St. Mary’s School Hutbay.
